KS1 Teaching Assistant
Position: Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary School in Norris Green, Liverpool
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: 23rd September 2024

The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our passionate team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the academic and social development of our Key Stage 1 pupils. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the early stages of children’s education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-to-one support and group interventions for students as needed.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the development of children’s literacy and numeracy skills.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
- Participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities.
