The Role:

• Provide high-quality cover teaching across a range of subjects for students aged 11-16.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans with enthusiasm and maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Engage and inspire students to continue their learning in the absence of their regular teacher.
• Support the school community and uphold its values and ethos.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, or significant experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and age groups.
• Strong classroom management skills with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about education and committed to helping every child achieve their potential.
