Join our team as a Cover Supervisor – Immediate Start

Location: Nene Education Trust Schools

Pay: £100.00 per day

Hours: 08:30 – 15:30

Start Date: As soon as possible

Nene Education Trust is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. This role involves supervising students in the absence of their class teacher by delivering pre-planned lessons, ensuring they stay on task with their work and manage behaviour professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support students, ensuring they remain engaged with set tasks.
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment, managing behaviour in a fair, professional manner.
  • Report on student progress and any issues to relevant staff.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least a Masters Degree
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to teaching.
  • Experience working with young people (desirable).
  • Professional approach and commitment to the ethos of Nene Education Trust.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
