Due to high demand, Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting GCSE Maths, English, and Science Tutors throughout Nottingham and the surrounding areas. Successful applicants MUST be confident tutoring all core subjects Maths, English and Science up to GCSE, and have the relevant experience supporting in these subjects.
Successful applicants must have experience tutoring either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups and able to recognise where pupils require targeted intervention on certain topics.
Successful applicants will need:
- Experience with secondary aged children
- Experience teaching/tutoring GCSE Maths
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour (Desirable)
- Ability to plan and deliver your own engaging lesson, tailored to the pupils needs and ability.
- A calm, kind, and patient approach
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils while maintaining professional boundaries
- Safeguarding training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
