Job Duties:

• Deliver high-quality functional skills training in English, Mathematics, and ICT to a diverse range of learners
• Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on learners' needs and abilities
• Monitor and assess learners' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals
• Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and achievements

Qualifications, Knolwedge and Skills:

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
• Specialist qualifications in English, Mathematics, or ICT
• Experience in delivering functional skills training
• Strong understanding of the UK education system and functional skills curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles
