Job Duties:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Functional Skills subjects such as English, Maths, and ICT
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of learners
• Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Implement effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate learners

Qualifications:

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed)
• Specialist knowledge in Functional Skills subjects

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• A degree in a related field (e.g., Education, English, Maths)
• Proven experience in teaching Functional Skills to a diverse range of learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
