Job Title: Primary Teacher (Open to ECT/NQT)
Location: Wheatley
Salary: £140+ per day (depending on pay scale)

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our school on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT)/Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) to take the next step in their teaching career. You will play a vital role in inspiring young minds, delivering engaging lessons, and contributing to a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Support the academic and personal development of all students, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school leadership team to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Contribute to the broader school community, including participation in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS (ECT/NQT welcome to apply).
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster a supportive and structured learning environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
