Teaching Personnel is seeking flexible supply teaching staff to join our team at dynamic and diverse partner schools in South and Central Bristol. Located in the heart of vibrant communities, our secondary schools are committed to providing an exceptional educational experience for all students.

Whether you have experience as a classroom teacher or have worked with children in another capacity, we want to hear from you!

Your role as flexible supply teacher requires you to:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain on task with their learning activities.
  • Deliver engaging pre-prepared lessons to KS3 & KS4 students.
  • Create a safe and supportive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
  • Implement a range of behaviour management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Experience diverse educational environments and implement their unique policies

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has experience working with young people.
  • Enjoys leading and inspiring others.
  • Has GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Is adaptable, reliable, and resilient.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
