Job Title: Administration, HR, Data, and Finance Assistant
Job Role:
We are currently looking for an organised and motivated individual to join a dynamic school team in the administration, HR, data, and finance departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, with a passion for supporting the educational environment.
Working Pattern:
Part-time:
- Monday: 09:00 - 12:30
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 09:00 - 15:00
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary:
Scale 4, Spinal Point 7-11
- Actual Salary: £12,630 - £13,462
- FTE: £27,503 - £29,314
Key Skills and Experience:
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good IT skills, with a solid understanding of Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with outside agencies.
- Flexibility to work as part of our strong administration team and support the smooth running of school operations.
- A passion for working in a school setting and supporting the development of children’s lives at school.
- A team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of Arbor and Agresso systems is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right applicant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
