EYFS Teaching Assistants Required ASAP

Location: Hindley Green, Wigan

Pay: £85 - £95 per day.

Contract Types: Ad-hoc, Part-Time & Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of EYFS students.
- Support individual and group activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to aid their development.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

- Relevant qualifications or experience working with EYFS children.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to student success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
