Are you looking for a new opportunity within education? If so, we want to hear from you!

Teaching Personnel are working with an excellent primary school in OL10 to recruit for multiple Early Years SEN Support Teaching Assistants from September 2024 to provide exciting, educational experiences to pupils with special educational needs. There are opportunities to work on a part-time (flexible days, 8.30am-3.30pm) or full-time basis (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm). As you would be providing SEN support, these roles are required on an ongoing basis within school.

Within these roles, you will be expected to create positive relationships with pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities and encourage positive choices and behaviour. You will be expected to provide general support within the classes and work collaboratively with other SEN support TAs and class teachers, getting involved in fun activities to support those children with additional learning needs.

At the heart of the local community, this school provides a rich and varied curriculum and wonderful learning and enrichment opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for newly qualified teachers or individuals that are eager to begin a career in primary education and are passionate about inspiring and educating pupils.

Whether you are experienced providing SEN support, a recent graduate looking for experience in the education sector, an individual with prior experience in support/care work or have supported children with additional needs then this is the perfect role for you! However, the school are keen to consider a variety of staff so previous experience is preferred, but not essential. Similarly, relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning) are preferred, however not essential.

If you are looking for professional growth and development in education and are passionate about applying your knowledge/experience in a practical and fulfilling way, these SEN Teaching Assistant roles may be perfect for you!
