EYFS Teaching Assistant
Job description
Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant with Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated professionals to join schools across Plymouth, offering an exciting opportunity to support children in their critical early years of education.
Role Overview:
- Provide tailored support to EYFS students, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Assist the class teacher in creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment.
- Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions to meet individual learning needs.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS qualification.
- Experience working within EYFS settings in the UK.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
- A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered with the Update Service or the willingness to obtain one.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
