Job Description:

As an EYFS Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
• Supporting the development of essential skills, including communication, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
• Observing and assessing children’s progress, maintaining accurate records, and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers to support their children’s development.
• Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to ensure an inclusive and effective learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
• Proven experience working in an EYFS setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative and nurturing approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
