The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Teacher to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can develop a love for learning and build the foundations for future success.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with parents and carers to support each child’s development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community.
- Support the social, emotional, and physical development of all pupils.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
About You
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A nurturing and creative approach to teaching.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable:
- Experience working with children with additional needs.
- Familiarity with outdoor learning approaches and play-based pedagogy.
- First Aid qualification.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
