Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA)
Location:
Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds

Temporary, Full-Time hours

£83.95 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
- Supporting the EYFS teacher in delivering high-quality early years education
- Assisting with planning and implementing engaging and educational activities
- Supporting the social, emotional, and educational development of young children
- Providing pastoral care and support to children as needed
- Assisting with record-keeping and maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS check
- Previous experience working with young children
Education:
Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
Experience:
Prior experience working with young children is essential
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification
- Training in safeguarding and child protection
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced early years classroom environment
- Full-time hours with the possibility of overtime
- Interaction with young children and their families

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
