Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA)

£83.95 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) students
- Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning activities
- Providing one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs
- Helping to create a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Assisting with assessment and record-keeping
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 2 Childcare qualification
- Enhanced DBS check
Education:
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Experience:
Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
This role involves working within a school setting, following school hours and term times. The successful candidate may need to support outdoor learning activities and be prepared to assist with physical tasks related to the care of young children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
