EYFS Fully Qualified Teacher

Location:

Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds

Job Type:

Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

£150 - £180 Per day

Job Duties:

The EYFS FQT (Early Years Foundation Stage Fully Qualified Teacher) is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for children aged 3 to 5. Duties include creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of child development, ability to differentiate instruction, excellent communication skills, and a passion for early childhood education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education or relevant field.

Working Conditions:

The EYFS FQT will work in a classroom setting within a school environment, following the school term calendar. The role may involve some additional responsibilities such as attending parent meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
