About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task
- Deliver pre-set work and manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support the school community and ensure a positive learning environment
This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or experienced Cover Supervisors seeking flexible work in a rewarding and dynamic setting.
Requirements:
- Classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Experience working with secondary school-aged children (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to travel to the Wirral or be based in the area
- Enhanced DBS check and on the update service (willingness to apply for one)
