### **What You'll Do:**

- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring tailored to the individual needs of ESOL students, including speakers of Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that tackle language challenges while highlighting student strengths.
- Build student confidence and fluency in English through focused, supportive teaching.
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed.
- Monitor progress and adjust your teaching strategies to ensure continual improvement.

### **What We’re Looking For:**

- ESOL certification 
- Experience working with ESOL students, particularly speakers of Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Proficiency in teaching English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate students.
- A passion for education, patience, and empathy to support every student's unique journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
