Do you have a passion for empowering individuals to reach their full potential? Are you experienced in delivering impactful employability programmes to diverse age groups? Teaching Personnel is seeking for an Employability Trainer to make a difference in pupils’ lives.

The Role:

As an Employability Trainer, you will play a vital role in equipping our students with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace. You'll have the opportunity to engage with students aged 16+ and adults both on-site and off-site, building valuable connections within the community. For this role the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work both on-site and offsite within the community so flexibility to commute in the Cambridgeshire area would be a plus.

Salary: £25,918 - £33,340

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Experience delivering employability programmes to students aged 16+ and adults.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Flexibility to work between two sites Cambridge and Huntingdonshire.
  • Similar past experience demonstrating a passion for transforming lives through education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
