About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Support Staff to assist secondary schools in Farnborough starting September 2024. This role involves delivering pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and age groups (KS3 and KS4).
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Supporting students in their learning and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Ensuring all work set by the regular teacher is completed and collected for assessment.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Have a passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
  • Be adaptable and able to engage with students across different age and attainment levels.
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification (this position is also suitable for unqualified teachers).
