Job description

Are you a passionate and dedicated Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) looking to make an impact in primary education? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work on a supply basis in an excellent primary school in the OL8 area due to an increase in class sizes. 

Responsibilities:

-                 Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.

-                 Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

-                 Build positive relationships with students, staff, and the school community.

-                 Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour.

Requirements:

-                 Recently qualified with a relevant teaching degree (PGCE or equivalent).

-                 A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

-                 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-                 Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in various school settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
