Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare to join our team in High Wycombe. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing children aged 0-5 years, providing them with a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Monitor and record the progress of each child, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support the overall development and well-being of each child.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene at all times.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with children in an early years setting.
- A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
