Job description

Have you recently completed your teacher training? Have you recently graduated as an Early Career Teacher looking for further experience in the classroom? 

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting 2024 graduate Teachers for ECT roles commencing from January 2025 on behalf of primary schools in Oldham and Rochdale. If you have graduated this Summer, we want to hear from you!

 

We are looking for the following qualities in applicants: 

-          Must hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

-          The experience to confidently plan, deliver and assess the National Curriculum.

-          Excellent classroom management skills.

-          The ability to work flexibly and be reliable.

-          A genuine passion for providing a high-quality education

-                 The opportunity to begin your ECT framework whilst working through Teaching Personnel.

-                 The opportunity to undertake short-term supply assignments, building your portfolio and allowing educators to gain additional experience within local schools whilst seeking a long-term opportunity.   

-                 Opportunities from EYFS-KS2, both short-term and long-term roles available to fit your schedule and experience.

-                 Competitive rates of pay.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
