Job description

Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our supportive network of supply teachers working in schools across Eastbourne, Seaford and Hailsham.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified ECTs: You should have completed your Initial Teacher Training and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Passion for Education: A genuine commitment to nurturing and inspiring students.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in different classroom environments and work collaboratively with experienced educators.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Build positive relationships with students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
