Job Title: Digital Lecturer (Production, Design & Development) 

Salary: £30,000 - £46,001 per annum

Location: Linoln

Contract: Full time, permanent

 

Teaching Personnel Permanent Workforce Team are currently partnered with an established Trust located in Lincolnshire, who are currently looking to speak with experienced Computing/Digital Lecturers for a role located at a campus in Lincoln. You will be working as part of the Sixth Form department, working with the technicians on hand teaching the subject at T Level, to post 16 students. You will be working within a school that is part of an elite and established Trust, dedicated to providing the best educational experience to it's students, with excellent progressional opportunities, and amazing benefits within the trust.

 

Key Duties:

  • Deliver high quality teaching and learning to a timetable that may include evening, Saturday and summer periods
  • Deliver inspirational teaching and access to learning across a range of programmes, and to learners with a range of ages and abilities.
  • Provide teaching and assessment opportunities in line with the relevant awarding body requirements to promote access to achievement.
  • Develop and maintain teaching materials including handouts, assignments, booklists, assessment papers and electronic resources.
  • Prepare Schemes of Work and Schemes of Assessment.
  • Undertake the necessary administrative tasks required for the effective operation of programmes in the area.

 

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant degree within the subject, ideally minimum Bachelors Degree.
  • Hold a Teaching Qualification, i.e, PGCE, Cert Ed, PTLLS or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards).
  • Prior experience teaching or training the subject at T Level. (Whether in Education or in the industry).
  • Have a strong background within Product Design & Development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
