Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a broad range of Design and Technology disciplines, including textiles, electronics, woodworking, and CAD/CAM.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Encourage students to think critically and innovate through hands-on projects.
- Oversee the maintenance of workshop equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the integration of design technology across the curriculum.
- Support extracurricular activities, such as design competitions and workshops.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Design and Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching all areas of Design and Technology at secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering creativity and technical skills in students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
