Are you seeking a new role in special education from September?
One of our client SEMH trusts are looking to appoint a permanent Deputy Education Manager ahead of the new academic year beginning in September, for one of their 11-16 SEMH schools in the Wisbech area of Cambridgeshire. This is a full time, permanent position from September.

Role: Deputy Education Manager
Location Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (Mon – Fri)
Start: September
Salary: £35,585 - £44,265 per annum
This is a new role within the senior leadership and will assist the Education Manager to manage the curriculum, develop the quality of teaching and ensure that independent school standards are met. This is an opportunity to Work as part of a dedicated and supportive team and to make a positive difference to the lives of children who may have been educationally overlooked. You would be required to teach at least 25% of either core / non-core or vocational lessons throughout the week.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher
- Proven leadership experience within a school (middle or senior)
- Experience of teaching at secondary level
- Ability to prepare and deliver appropriate curriculum using a range of teaching styles
and methodologies. - Experience within an SEN setting
