Day to Day Teachers Required

Position: Day-to-Day/Ad Hoc Supply Teachers
Contract: Flexible, Starting January
Location: Blackpool

About the Role
Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and adaptable teachers to fill day-to-day and ad hoc supply roles in primary and secondary schools starting in January. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers (NQTs) who are eager to gain varied classroom experience and make a positive impact in local schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering pre-set lessons and maintaining classroom continuity in the absence of regular teachers.
  • Creating an engaging and productive learning environment for students across different year groups.
  • Adapting quickly to new classrooms and building rapport with students and staff.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teachers: Experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers (NQTs) are welcome!
  • Flexible and Adaptable: Able to work in different schools, with varying schedules, often on short notice.
  • Strong Classroom Management: Confident in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
