Day-to-Day Supply Teacher - Secondary Schools in Preston

Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £120 - £240 per day (depending on experience and subject)
Job Type: Temporary, Day-to-Day Supply

About the Role:

Are you a qualified secondary school teacher looking for flexible work opportunities? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated supply teachers to work across various secondary schools in Preston on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary school students in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.

  • Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and student welfare.
  • Mark and assess students' work where applicable, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in different schools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
