Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment. The role includes planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall development of the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development and well-being.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
- Manage classroom resources effectively and maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
- Support the school’s policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and equality.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Must be willing to travel and pick up shifts on a day to day basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
