Job description

At Teaching Personnel, we are currently on the hunt for secondary school supply teachers of varying subjects, who are looking for flexible and long-term supply work in Truro and surrounding areas. The roles included are:

-        Fully qualified teachers

-        Teaching assistants

-        Cover supervisors

Availability: We request availability of 2 days a week minimum, covering the hours 8:30-15:30.

What we require from you: We are looking for passionate individuals who are reliable, prompt and eager about teaching. Your role involves mentoring, encouraging and motivating both KS3 and KS4 students, as well as recording their progress. Additionally, outstanding understanding of the curriculum is beneficial.

All educators MUST supply a child workforce DBS on the update service prior to starting in schools. Teaching personnel is happy to support this during the registration process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
