Job Duties:

• Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers
• Deliver pre-prepared work to classes
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with their learning and assist with any questions

Required Qualifications:

• Degree
• A Levels

Education:

Degree in relevant field

Experience:

Prior experience in education or working with young people is advantageous

Knowledge and Skills:

• Confident and able to manage classroom dynamics
• Organised with good time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience in a similar role

Working Conditions:

• Work in a school environment
• Full-time hours
• Interact with students and teaching staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
