We are seeking dynamic Cover Supervisors to join our agency and provide invaluable support to schools in the Wythenshawe area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teaching staff.
- Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions left by teachers.
- Foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assist students with their learning and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain classroom discipline and report any behavioural issues.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth educational experience.
- Embrace the flexibility of working with different schools and age groups.
Qualifications:
- A strong desire to work in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to follow instructions.
- Confidence in managing classroom behaviour.
- A positive and engaging attitude towards students.
- Previous experience working in education is an advantage but not mandatory.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
