Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools (Tameside, Greater Manchester)

Location: Tameside, Greater Manchester
Start Date: After October Half-Term
Salary: £400 - £500 per week
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Are you a dedicated individual with experience working with young people? Looking for an exciting opportunity in education? We are currently recruiting motivated Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Tameside, starting after the October half-term.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in for teachers during their absence, ensuring that students stay engaged and continue their learning across a variety of subjects. You will manage classrooms and support students aged 11-16, creating a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Experience with challenging behaviours and additional needs is desirable.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Education, or equivalent experience is preferred.
