Cover Supervisor
Job description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP in January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about education and supporting students in a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a calm, focused, and positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and assist students with their work, ensuring they remain engaged and on track.
- Provide support to teaching staff and help with administrative tasks as required.
- Uphold the school’s policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and respectful school atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and engage students in a classroom setting.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
- Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
