Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP in January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about education and supporting students in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a calm, focused, and positive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and assist students with their work, ensuring they remain engaged and on track.
• Provide support to teaching staff and help with administrative tasks as required.
• Uphold the school’s policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and respectful school atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and engage students in a classroom setting.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
• Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
