ADHOC Cover Supervisor - Join our Team Today!

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as ADHOC Cover Supervisors. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to schools in the Lancaster area, ensuring that learning continues uninterrupted even when teachers are absent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in the absence of their regular teachers, following pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Deliver instructions and manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring students remain on task and focused on their studies.
  • Provide support to students by answering questions and facilitating their understanding of the subject matter.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Maths and English GCSE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
