Introduction: Teaching Personnel is currently working with several schools in Hull and the surrounding areas, actively seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors. Whether you are looking for a consistent full-time role or flexible work to manage your own schedule, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Description: Cover Supervisors have a reduced workload, without the responsibilities of planning, marking, or commitment to extra-curricular activities. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for covering teacher absences and delivering pre-planned lessons in line with the student's curriculum.

Responsibilities: - Adapt quickly to new classrooms and build positive relationships with students - Utilise strong behaviour management skills to maintain a controlled and productive learning environment - Deliver pre-planned lessons in continuation of the student's learning plan - Cover teacher absences and ensure continuity in the classroom

Requirements: - Must have experience working in UK schools - Excellent behaviour management skills - Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and build positive relationships with students

Benefits:

Competitive salary of £1670 - £1800 per month 

Paid weekly through PAYE 

Full-time and flexible positions available, accommodating your personal commitments 

January 2025 start date
