Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom supervision during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and uphold the school’s behaviour policies.
- Create a calm and positive learning atmosphere, maintaining respect and focus in the classroom.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student participation and progress during cover sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident and adaptable individuals who can manage groups of students effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
- Experience working with young people is desirable, but not essential—training will be provided.
- A passion for supporting education and the ability to think on your feet.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
