Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Pay: Starting at £110 per day (with the opportunity to increase)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)

About the Role:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment to ensure all students can engage effectively with their education.
• Support students with their work and provide guidance as needed.
• Uphold school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the smooth running of the school day.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Confidence in managing a classroom and supporting student learning.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday during term time (08:30 - 15:30).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
