As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher. This could involve general classroom cover or overseeing lessons for a specific subject area.

No formal teaching qualifications are required, but previous experience in education, youth work, or related fields is desirable. Confidence, adaptability, and a professional attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged and on-task.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and expectations.
• Support students as needed, answering basic questions about the provided work.
• Liaise with school staff to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
