Job Opportunity: Full-Time Cover Supervisor

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on the next generation? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Cover Supervisor at a well-regarded high school in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning by supervising classes during teacher absences. This position offers the perfect opportunity for those considering a future career in teaching or education, providing valuable classroom experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Additional Information: You may also be required to assist within the schools Inclusion Room occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage classroom activities, ensuring students remain focused and on-task.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
