About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Manage a classroom in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students remain on task
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and provide guidance where needed
- Maintain a positive learning environment and promote good behaviour
- Support students’ learning and address any questions they may have
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young people (e.g., in a school, coaching, or mentoring role)
- Is confident managing a classroom and building rapport with students
- Is adaptable, reliable, and able to think on their feet
- Holds a degree or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential)
