Location: Boroughbridge
Salary: £90 - £110
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time

Are you confident, adaptable, and looking for a rewarding role in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support schools in Boroughbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience and inspire students in their learning journey.

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage a classroom in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students remain on task
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans and provide guidance where needed
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and promote good behaviour
  • Support students’ learning and address any questions they may have

About You
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with young people (e.g., in a school, coaching, or mentoring role)
  • Is confident managing a classroom and building rapport with students
  • Is adaptable, reliable, and able to think on their feet
  • Holds a degree or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential)
