Are you looking for cover supervisor opportunities within the Solihull area of Birmingham?

Are you looking for flexibility and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of schools, showcasing your skills?

Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and reliable cover supervisor who is able to work across a range of schools within Solihull and East Birmingham. 

Pay scale from £100-150 (approx, dependent upon experience)

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience working within a school environment (you do not need to hold a QTS or teaching qualification for this role)
  • A passion for education and an interest in secondary curriculum
  • To show an understanding and compassionate nature
  • Strong classroom presence and excellent behaviour management skills (essential)

 

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Follow lesson plans accurately and deliver lessons to a range of age groups across various subjects
  • Marking responsibility may be included and ability to feedback appropriately to staff members is essential
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure pupils stay on task and complete work set by class teacher
  • Familiarise yourself with schools policies/procedures and ensure you are aware on how to escalate issues and who too
  • Ensure safeguarding is at the centre of all your practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
