Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors for schools in the WF17 area. This is an exciting opportunity to support local schools while gaining valuable experience in the classroom.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans to students across a range of subjects.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure school policies are followed.
  • Support students in their learning and address any immediate questions or concerns.

This role is ideal for those considering a career in teaching, recent graduates, or individuals with experience working with young people.

Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can manage groups of students effectively and confidently.
  • Are adaptable, reliable, and organized.
  • Hold a degree or have experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Possess (or are willing to obtain) a valid DBS on the update service.
