Teaching Personnel are recruiting a confident educator for the role of Full Time Cover Supervisor in one of our partner schools in Bridgend. The contract will run until the school advertise this position in due course, for the successful candidate this would be an excellent opportunity to stake a claim to securing this permanent position.
Cover Supervisors take the role of teacher in the absence of the usual class teacher without the stresses of any planning or lesson preparation, simply delivering and facilitating the tasks set by the class’s usual teacher. No subject specialism is required, but having a range of behaviour management strategies are essential. As a Cover Supervisor your day will consist of overseeing a range of class subjects and year groups.

The partner school is a lovely, mid-sized secondary school providing an inclusive environment for around 900 pupils of Bridgend. There is staff parking on site and the school is close to the M4 as well as main roads surrounding the local area.
Teaching Personnel pay a daily rate of between £100-115 depending on experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
