Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and versatile tutor to provide one-to-one and small group tuition for core subjects (English, Maths, Science) to students in the Nottinghamshire area. This role is crucial in helping students achieve their full potential across key subjects at KS3 level.

Responsibilities:

  • Individualized Support: Deliver one-to-one and small group tutoring sessions in core subjects (English, Maths, Science).
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student.
  • Student Engagement: Inspire and motivate students to excel in their studies.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and report on students' progress and development in each subject area.
  • Safeguarding: Commit to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of delivering significant progress in a classroom setting across core subjects.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Engagement: Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate students.
  • Commitment: Dedicated to the welfare and development of young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
