The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a love for teaching and learning
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and expertise
- Experienced in teaching Computer Science at the secondary level
- Having the ability to teach additional subjects is advantageous
The Role Outlined:
- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons to every year group within KS3 and KS4
- Assess pupils progress and learning on a regular basis and provide informative feedback to them
- Track pupil progress through marking, written & verbal feedback and assessments
- Work in collaboration with colleagues within the IT/Computing department to enhance the learning experience for pupils and improve pupil attainment
- Maintain safeguarding principles at the centre of everything you do
- Contribute to the wider school community through extra curricular activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
