Job Opportunity: Computer Science Teacher
Location: Newton Abbot, Devon

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Computer Science to students aged 11-16.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess students' work to promote academic excellence and foster a love for technology.
  • Utilize your knowledge to teach key topics such as programming, algorithms, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Support students in developing practical skills and theoretical understanding of the digital world.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent (specializing in Computer Science preferred).
  • Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4.
  • Passionate about education, with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
