Your Role: As a Complex Needs Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex learning needs
- Assist in implementing personalised learning and care plans
- Support the emotional, physical, and social well-being of students
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and healthcare professionals to create a nurturing, inclusive environment
- Help students develop independence and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with complex needs (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, caring, and resilient attitude
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of each student
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional learning challenges

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
